I’m a career coach and program manager with a background in the outfitting and guiding industry.
It took me over five years to figure out how to transition from seasonal outdoor work to a year-round career - despite having the skills and drive to succeed. Once I made the leap, I knew I didn’t want others to struggle like I had.
