Join Emerald for a 90-minute, interactive session that explores the core Unseasoned question:
“What happens when an outdoor dream job is no longer your dream?”
For Outdoor Owners / Managers: I discuss why great seasonal outdoor staff leave and what might entice them to stay. Hint: it’s not what you think!
For Outdoor Young Professionals: We talk about building outdoor-focused careers in the wild and the office, avoiding burnout, translating outdoor seasonal skills to a resume, and how to leave or stay in outdoor seasonal work.
These are two separate speaking programs, based on lessons learned during the 2023 Unseasoned interview series. Speaking programs are available for either in-person or live digital events.
